Sandhills Farm to Table is fortunate to partner with local businesses and organizations to serve as pick-up locations for produce boxes and wares. From coffee shops and breweries to schools, churches, and libraries - we employ the help of local organizations to serve as mini-distribution hubs. This option allows members to collect their items at a location that is convenient to them. 2023 updates are in the making! Check back soon!

All boxes are available for pick up or home delivery on Wednesday and Thursdays of each week. Members can choose to receive boxes weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed. Updates and changes can be made in the online portal or by contacting Customer Service. Sites and/or times are subject to change as the season commences. TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PICK-UP EXPERIENCE

❏ We suggest customers set REMINDERS on their phones for pick-up dates/times. In addition, look for delivery reminders via email. Should a customer fail to retrieve a box, the location is asked (but not required) to make a courtesy call or text to the customer before close of business.

❏ If the customer has been contacted and still does not retrieve the box within the site's designated hold time, the site is authorized to DONATE the box contents to a local food bank, community service organization, neighbor in need, or volunteer who worked that day.
(Any non-immediate perishables, such as bread, jams, or honey, or any items in coolers, should not be donated and should be retrieved by co-op staff for proper routing.)

❏ Our Farmers offer a 100% replacement guarantee. If ever unsatisfied with a piece of produce, let Customer Service know. We cannot maintain our quality guarantee once scheduled pickups are missed.

HOME DELIVERY

The Cooperative partners with Moore Home Services NC to bring your SF2T produce boxes right to your doorstep. Home delivery is $9.95 per delivery in Moore County (with the exception of Robbins).

If you are not signed up for Home Delivery, but would like to be put on the list or have a question about your delivery route/eligibility please email info@sandhillsfarm2table.com.

Moore Home Services NC employs the following COVID precautions:

No signature requirement for deliveries. Instead the drivers will note time of delivery. This is to reduce the possibility of any personal contact.
When possible, deliveries will be left at the front door.
Drivers will wear disposable gloves for all deliveries.
After each delivery, disposable gloves are to be disposed in a sealed container.
All vans will be stocked with sanitizer wipes.
Face masks will be available and used as needed.
