Since 2008, The Bakehouse has been knowingly loved and run by The Brunner Family. A peaceful transition was made in 2021, when the new owner of Agora, David Tran, acquired The Bakehouse after Martin Brunner decided to move on with his teaching career. Continuing the Brunner’s European roots, TBH offers specialty cakes and desserts made by Chef Lindsay, and artisanal breads and traditional pastries made by Chef Langaman. The kitchen is now operated by Chef T. Smith, where he continues to make Bakehouse hallmarks such as the “Barcelona Burger”.Completing the team is Executive Chef, J.
